The Longest Story Ever Podcast
Thursday, 14 September 2006

""The Longest Story Ever" (working title), is to be a podcast where the listeners have a say in where it goes. The way it will work is this: I start out "the story" with Once upon a time...
Then, users will each submit a "chapter" for the story. The users will then (after the deadline for submiting a chapter) vote in a poll thread to decide which chapter is the best. That chapter will then be read (interpreted, using voices and such, eventually voice actors or something) to make that chapter. It will then go on forever.

A Few Groundrules: No sexually explicit chapters No anti-religious chapters (no discrimination) No politically slanted chapters No chapters that could offend anyone
Humor is greatly encouraged. If the chosen chapter's author would like to record their chapter, and interpret it themselves/with a friend for voices, that is fine, and can be worked out.
That said, the first chapter needs to be around 10-15 minutes in length when read verbally. It must introduce characters, and set the story going somewhere. There is no end to this story, so if a chapter ends one quest/purpose/plot of the story, another must be created.
Let it begin!
BTW: I need a logo for this as well. Perhaps, eventually the story could be done using Skype.
