| Googlish-ly Ugly: But it Works! |

---Since this post, I have put the template together that you see now. I know my site is slightly ugly, kindof like Google. Unfortunately, I have no skills when it comes to telling what looks good and what doesn't. I love my logo, but the pages themselves are a bit bland. The header with "From my brain..blah blah blah," could probably have something more useful put there, the background could use something (like diagonal grey lines??)...as for the divs and the content boxes, they need rounded corners. When it comes to colors and such, I have no idea. I did have this concept (i have a psd version too..oh where to put the ads and the catchphrase...?):  Note: Yes, I am begging for suggestions, and possibly free labor. If you actually choose to help me in any way, I will gladly put a link to your site on my Friends page, or give you a shoutout on my next post. |
