I have discovered one of the best resources for us. It is called DigitalPoint. It has a co-op ad network, among other webmaster tools, but the jewel is the forum. Once you have completed some things, the revenue from AdSense is shared, and you get to post your links in your signature, which gives high PR, quality backlinks. Digital Point has whitehats, blackhats, directory owners, AdSense people, and more)
I just "discovered" (really just stopped lurking and finally joined), and it is well worth it. Check it out!
