My name is Matt Parnell (if you didn't figure that one out already), and I am currently a college student. I am a devout Evangelical Christian, first, and foremost. I enjoy anything to do with hacking, cracking, modding, cooking, technical stuff, music, dumpster diving, etc. I may post some vocal music samples sometime, just for kicks.
I recently became an editorialist, as an article I wrote on "Internet Archeology" was chosen for publication in the hacker magazine, 2600. I wrote yet another article regarding Blackhat SEO for 2600, which is in the Fall 2008 issue.
I enjoy many types of music, from classical, to classic rock, to jazz. I really enjoy Lynyrd Skynyrd, Van Halen, Dean Martin, The Rat Pack, DC Talk, Mercy Me, and many other artists. I am also really into movies that involve action. I have a thing for the Power Rangers, and their Japanese counterparts, The Super Sentai teams. Japanese culture as a whole interests me. I want to learn their language, sometime. Currently, I only speak English and some rusty French.
I only have one claim to fame: I was in "The Music Man" in highschool with Lucas Grabeel of High School Musical (and Disney) fame. Alongside that, I also attended the same church he did during our childhood.
I created this site with the intention of just letting it be an extension of my brain. It isn't as much a blog as it is my brain in a very organized detail. I would give more personal information, and a picture, but at this point in time, I am slightly paranoid, and prefer to remain anonymous. I want to share my ideas with the world, as well as links to things people never thought about, or didn't know existed. A good example is my vast linkbase revolving around TechTV. My IQ is somewhere around 126+, depending on the test (I find it stupid to judge intelligence by a number). If I ever achieve the patience and manage to put my ADHD aside long enough to totally focus on the test, I'll probably do immensely better.
