The argument involving free will vs. election by God is a hot-button issue right now. When it comes down to it, it doesn't matter either way. We all know that God is sovereign, and perfect in all of His ways. Whatever His ways are, they are perfect, and I don't think we should question them. Whether or not He chooses us, or we are given the choice to choose Him, we should make our focal point Jesus. The divisive issues aren't something we should argue or think about. Just know both sides of the argument, believe what you want to believe, and don't argue about it. This causes division among the people that make up the Church, and division is the last thing we need in the world of Evangelical Christianity.

I had iTunes working, but it was very sluggish, and I eventually broke it somehow using Vista Home Premium. It turns out that it was a strange mix of problems, but I have found a workaround. If iTunes crashes, kills Aero, doesn't run, or any combination of those, give this a try:
Things you need:
Get this zipfile. It has the iTunes standalone installer (no Quicktime), as well as the Apple Updater installer, and the Apple iTunes fix for Vista.
QTAltertative
CCleaner
Ok, if you have a working install of iTunes on your Vista machine, you don't need to do this, unless you are having stability issues. I have found that iTunes, at least in my case, is not the culprit when it comes to instability, and crashing. It is Quicktime. For some reason Vista doesn't like it, and I think that has something to do with its rendering system. I couldn't even open the Quicktime options from the control panel, as it crashed.
Here is what you need to do:
1.If iTunes is not working at all, or is running badly, uninstall it. If the installer freezes progress, open the task manager and kill iTunes.exe and the uninstaller will continue.
2.Uninstall Quicktime.
3.Install and run CCleaner. Click the registry button and scan your registry for errors. When done, click the "fix all" button and backup the changes to a directory of your choice.
4.Install Quicktime Alternative
5.Install iTunes, followed by the Apple Update Utility DO NOT RUN ANYTHING YET!
6.Install the Apple iTunes Vista Fix
7.Run iTunes and enjoy!

It seems that waste in our public schools is rampant today. On top of that, it seems things other than beneficial academics are being emphasized, if you look where all the money is going. I recently heard of a small public high school in Southwest Missouri, who recently built a new building. They built everything using tax dollars. That isn’t the problem. The problem is that the budget is poorly run. The athletic department’s budget grows every year, and they always go into debt. This year, they are $250,000 in debt, with the year only half-over. Then, when you look at such departments as the fine arts, whose budget hasn’t grown in 12 years, it is a different story. They are out of money. The parents are having to fork money over to the fine arts department just to keep the choir and band going for the last part of the year. More students participate in the fine arts programs, yet they get the least money. Also, more vocational skills are learned in fine arts, since very few athletes go on to be professionals. When you come down to it, this is ridiculous, and needs to be stopped. Where are your tax dollars going? To your child’s learning, supporting sports teams that usually have the least academic impact upon your child’s life? I have no problem with athletics, I love sports. I just thought that a school’s purpose was to teach, instill academic knowledge in children first, and have extracurricular later.

I never liked using Microsoft's Windows Update. I knew it was spying on me from the beginning. Now, to protect my privacy, and to protect my computer from being shutdown due to it somehow being "pirated" (its a legal copy) I had to find an alternative. Enter WindizUpdate. Whoever runs it downloads the newest updates (minus WGA) and puts them up. The site automatically scans, and you can then install the updates you need painlessly, without Microsoft. Give it a try! Note:the WindizUpdate plugin requires firefox.

Please note that there is two different forms of Embryonics.
Adult stem cell research is a very promising area, in which over 62 cures have
been made. Embryonic Stem Cell Research (SCNT) has yielded nothing, but
murdered people in their earliest of days, and tumors in those who have had
them injected. There is no point in SCNT/Embryonics, since it is murder and
nothing has come of it.
More oped and the full text of the amendment are included on this story's page. Click the read more link, or the title to see them.
