 iMacros is a wonderful Firefox extension that allows us to do many things. Its advertised features include the following (from MozillaUpdate): Form Filler on Steroids and Password Manager
iMacros for Firefox relieves the repetition of checking on the same
sites every day, remembering passwords, and filling out web forms.
iMacros is the only web form filler that can automatically fill web
forms that stretch over several pages. All information is stored in
human-readable, plain text files that can be easily edited. Passwords
are stored securely with 256-Bit AES encryption.
Web Automation
iMacros can also automate the download of pages (with or without
images), PDF documents, and all kinds of images or files. In the other
direction it can also automate the upload of data from a file to
websites. You can use variables inside the macros, and import data from
CSV files.
The recorded macros can be combined and controlled with Javascript, so even very complex tasks can be scripted.
Data extraction/Web Scraping/Web mining/Enterprise Data Mash-ups
Just the opposite of form filling. With the EXTRACT command you can
read data from a website and export it to CSV files. iMacros includes
full Unicode support and works with every language, including
multi-byte languages such as Chinese.
Web Testing
Web professionals use the iMacros add-on for functional, performace,
and regression testing of web applications. With the built-in STOPWATCH
command exact web page response times can be captured. iMacros also
includes support for many AJAX elements.

and our active support forum at http://forum.iopus.com Besides that, I have a few ideas. One of them would be to use this macro for RSS Pinging. Just record a macro that consists of visiting each pinger's site. Then, whenever you publish a new item, just run the macro! Be careful, as whenever you run one of these macros, your browser tabs tend to be closed, and the pages change. In the downloads section I have added a "Programs" category, which contains a couple of programs. One is a standalone version of my Satellite Tutorial for offline viewing, in its own executable. The other is unrest.vbs packaged with a short readme/description file. I have a feeling the satellite tutorial will be the most useful for you all. Enjoy!

Unless you don't look at Woot regularly, you know that at 12AM the front page usually changes to the new product for sale. Today (12:25 AM, April 24, 2007) this is not the case. Is Woot having technical difficulties? Is someone up there asleep at the wheel, and neglecting to do their job? Whatever the case, having 10k users every minute or so refresh the page has to be a killer on their bandwidth (the reason this post leads here).

I recently recieved this in an email from a friend, and it seems that an employee had difficulty with a printer, and it jammed. Subsequently, he tried to take care of the problem by using his pen. He managed to get it stuck inside the printer, and asked tech support what to do. They said to put a "Do Not Use" note on the printer, and they would fix it later. It seems this person has a bit bigger problem than you would think!

Well I have a couple of items dealing with the soda industry to post...
The first is Dr.Pepper's release (in the heartland according to Wikipedia) released 16 ounce special edition cans today. These cans feature "Old Doc," the original mascot, and the kicker is that it is made with REAL CANE SUGAR! It doesn't have disgusting high fructose corn syrup in it! It goes down much more smooth, versus the sharp taste of today's recipie. I highly suggest checking your local retailers so that you can try some!
Secondly, I went on a trip with my father. We passed through Danville, Illinois, and at a gas stop I got a fountain drink. Lo and behold, there was a Vanilla Coke sticker. I know that the syrup is not produced anymore, so this had to be old stock. It was a little flat, and tasted a bit weak, but the flavor was there until the ice melted. I really enjoyed getting to step back in time to get the stuff! If you are in that area, check a few of the c-stores to see what you can come up with! (Sorry folks, neither my father nor I can remember the name of the c-store).
